This page is for both parents and Children who are members of DJFC and would like to make a complaint to the Committee. Each complaint will be dealt with in a proper and professional manor, not just within DJFC rules and regulations but also within the FA guidelines. Each complaint will be in the strictest of confidence and you may remain anonymous should you wish to do so, but any serious complaints may need names and dates in order for the club to complete any investigation needed.
This page is mainly for putting forward any grievances you may have against the club or any of its members, so if you don't inform us about them how can we be expected to act on your behalf, so please if you do have a compliant no matter how minor you may feel it is, please complete this form to stop any minors becoming major issues.
